Upon checking in, I noticed my room was quite dusty, and it felt like it hadn’t been properly cleaned. The bathroom also required a more thorough cleaning, as there was hair left behind and signs of neglect. Just a decent option for a quick break in Hanoi with very good value for money. The deluxe queen room was really clean, and I appreciated the attentive staff who helped me with my baggage. If you need laundry service, you might want to plan ahead as it's a bit pricey.

Completely renovated hotel on a quiet street the staff got to know us right away and provided personalized attention that was surprising. The breakfast buffet had different options like fresh fruit and eggs cooked to order and enjoying it on the rooftop was a highlight.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but still acceptable.

Our king balcony room was spacious and had amazing amenities like air conditioning and a private bathroom. The breakfast offered made-to-order omelettes and fresh fruit. Staff were super helpful and attentive. The hotel is on a quiet street, making it easy to relax after exploring. Wifi was fast too!
